By accessing or using PakkaPlacement ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.
PakkaPlacement is a campus recruitment platform that connects job seekers (students and freshers), employers (companies), and educational institutions (colleges and universities) to facilitate the campus placement process. Services include job postings, application management, aptitude testing, resume building, and placement reporting.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. PakkaPlacement reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@pakkaplacement.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (resumes, profiles, job postings). By submitting content, you grant PakkaPlacement a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content to operate the Platform. PakkaPlacement owns all rights to the Platform's design, code, branding, and proprietary content.
PakkaPlacement facilitates connections between job seekers and employers but is not a party to any employment agreement. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of job listings, or the suitability of any candidate. Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PakkaPlacement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
